Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) — Ed Tonkin, Portland, Oregon-based former chairman of the National Automobile Dealers Association, talks about the outlook for the U.S. auto industry. Honda Motor Co.’s record November U.S. sales paced the best month for industrywide deliveries in almost five years as buyers returned to showrooms that were disrupted by Hurricane Sandy a month earlier.
