About Us

The world of cars is in a sad state. It is sad indeed, when people look forward to the second biggest purchase of their lives as much as dental surgery.

Every time you see your car, it should put a smile on your face. Your car is your sanctuary. Your car is your transportation pod. You should love every aspect of your car - from buying to servicing, even returning it at lease-end should be fun.

Tonkin: Fun to drive, fun to buy.

Heck, come into a Tonkin Dealership and test drive everything on the lot. Crank up the stereo. Bring your dog and make sure he likes it. Take a picture of yourself in the car to see how you look. Do whatever you need to do to be happy. In fact, if you don’t seem exuberantly overjoyed, maybe you’re not ready. Imagine a car salesman saying, “You seem nervous. Call me when you can really, really love buying this car.”

At Tonkin, you’ll get a car you’ll really, really love.
Love, like going on a road trip.
Love, like driving a bit too fast.
Love, like blasting the stereo like a high schooler.
Love, like Billy Ocean sang, “...Outta my dreams, and into my car.”

Tonkin
For the love of cars.
